As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a text message or email with tracking information.
If you change your mind about a product, you have 90 days to return it.
To receive a refund, the product must be new, in its original packaging, unused and in a resaleable condition.
Items bought on sale will be refunded or exchanged at the discounted price.
Proof of purchase in the form of an e-receipt is required to receive a refund or an exchange.

No, every product sold at Gllosse is Cruelty-Free. We also have a large collection of Vegan products which you can easily find under our Vegan section.
Our packaging and packaging accessories are plastic free and are recyclable or compostable
